I’m Claudette Cupidon, born and raised in Port au Prince, Haiti. I like singing and playing the piano for fun. I’m a geriartric nurse in MA. My purpose for writing this book is seeing how many are the victims of injustice all around the country but MA particularly was ranked #2 in the nation on rape. Based on this case alone, i can see how and agree. Young men lives are wasted because this defemse lawyer skipped all the steps in preparing this case. Investigation id the KNEEJERK of every case whether criminal or civil. He went in blindly to trial this rape case. If MA is #2 to wrongly convict on rape, we’re doing a dis-service to the state and its rrsidents because justice is not just filling up the ptidom but to look for justice and truth because truth matters. The bible speaks about truth and justice all throughout. Not performing a rape kit is an egregious act. Not hiring an investigator is trialing blindly. Not prrsenting or failing to present evidence in a rape case, medical lab results negating the accusation is a.crime violating defendants constitutional rights, a form of silencing or high tech lynching particularly when the trial judge impounded medical lab results for the defense ONLY and allowed the prosecution to prrsent the very same impounded records to a point that prosecution thanked trial judge on the last day of trial, very consistent oppression occured here. Consistent that wrongful convictions are no accidents.
